We take extra care in quality but if you are still not completely satisfied with the purchase made, then you may return the product within 8 working days from the date of receipt for replacement with valid reason. This only applies to non-perishable items.

Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. Oversize, perishable or hazardous-material items cannot be returned.

All returned items must be returned to our office in Pakistan or UK at customer’s own expense and customer’s own responsibility. The shipping will not be refunded, if its not GiftsToPakistan.com’s fault.

If you are ordering flowers, cakes, mithai and you wish to change or cancel your order, you should notify us within 2 hours of order being placed.
